What's the catch with the $1?
None. It's the first shipment of your plan. After that you pay your plan price per shipment: Value from $16, Brand from $22. Cancel before the second shipment and you paid a dollar for a glove.
How do I cancel?
Use the link in any email. No calls, no hoops, no "retention specialist."
What if it doesn't fit?
Fit guaranteed — wrong size? Keep it, we send another free.
How often will gloves come?
You pick: every month, 2 months or 3 months. Change it, skip one, or pause for the winter from the link in any email.
How do I change, skip or pause?
Two ways. Tap the link in any shipment email, or sign in with a one-time code (no password).
What glove will I get?
Value tier: premium cabretta leather, the same leather as a $30 glove, from a top-rated maker. The brand may change season to season; the leather and the fit don't. Brand tier: your choice of TaylorMade, Callaway or FootJoy, same glove every time.
Can I get a left-handed glove or a different size?
Yes. Sizes S to XL for both hands. Need something else? Email us and we'll sort it.
Where do the gloves come from?
The same cabretta leather tanneries and factories that supply the brands you know.
When does it ship?
Your $1 glove ships within two business days by USPS. After that, each shipment goes out a few days before it's due so it's in your bag when you need it.
Who are we?
A small company in Brooklyn that got tired of the glove racket. A $30 glove and a $6 glove come off the same cabretta hides, from the same handful of factories. We put a fresh glove, in your size, in your mailbox before the old one goes bad, and we charge what a glove actually costs. If anything's off, email us. A person answers.
I'm left-handed.
You need a right-hand glove. Pick it in Step 2. Same price, same sizes.
Women's gloves?
Not yet. Our sizes run men's S to XL; many women fit S or M. Email us and we'll help.
Can I change my size or hand later?
Yes. Use the Wrong size? page or reply to any email and we'll switch it before your next shipment.
What if my glove gets lost or damaged in the mail?
We send another. No forms, no questions. Just email us.
What if the glove you usually send is out of stock?
Value tier: we send an equal-or-better cabretta glove in your size. Brand tier: we send your brand, or ask you first if we can't.
